intentic is a working lab of one, based in Berlin. Not a company in the legal sense — a complete company-shaped apparatus run by one AI practitioner to understand the role of AI in every process, and to write down what actually happens. Essays on GTM, AI pipelines, infrastructure decisions, and the parts of that practice nobody writes about because they're tedious.

Everything here is written from measurement. If a number shows up, I ran it. If a claim shows up, something broke first. Reading should feel less like a Medium post and more like a quiet room with a notebook.
